Our Treatment Approach

At Narayani Hospitals, we offer immediate emergency medical care for sunstroke to quickly reduce body temperature and rehydrate the body. Our experienced doctors provide timely interventions and continuous monitoring to prevent complications and ensure a safe recovery.

In addition to modern care, we also provide specialized Ayurvedic treatment for sunstroke, which focuses on cooling the body, balancing excess Pitta dosha, and restoring hydration naturally. Our Ayurvedic approach includes herbal cooling drinks such as Amla, Vetiver (Khus), and Sandalwood-infused water; breathing techniques like Shitali and Sheetkari pranayama to cool the body; and Pitta-pacifying herbs like Shatavari, Guduchi, and Chandana.

We also use Taila Abhyanga (cooling oil massages) to relax and soothe the body. Additionally, patients are guided to follow a cooling and hydrating diet that includes coconut water, buttermilk, and seasonal fruits.
